By accessing or using the Best Insured Benefits ("Best Insured Benefits," "we," "us") website or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.
Best Insured Benefits operates as a licensed insurance producer/agency under applicable state insurance codes. Quotes generated through this site are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a binding offer, application, or guarantee of coverage. All coverage is subject to underwriting review, eligibility requirements, and the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the policy issued by the applicable licensed insurance carrier. Coverage is not bound until you receive written or electronic confirmation from the issuing carrier.
Best Insured Benefits and its representatives hold active resident and/or non-resident insurance producer licenses as required by the states in which we solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance, consistent with the Producer Licensing Model Act adopted in various forms by state insurance departments. Not all products described on this site are available in all states. License numbers are available upon request.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you submit is true, current, and complete. Material misrepresentation on an insurance application may result in denial of a claim or rescission of a policy under applicable state insurance law.
By submitting a quote request or contact form, you consent to be contacted by Best Insured Benefits and/or its carrier partners by telephone (including autodialed or prerecorded calls), text message, and email regarding your request, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or contacting us directly.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Best Insured Benefits or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Insured Benefits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on quote estimates. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable state insurance consumer protection statutes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by the insurance laws and regulations of the state in which your policy is issued. Any dispute not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by applicable state law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Privacy Policy describes how Best Insured Benefits collects, uses, and protects nonpublic personal information ("NPI") in connection with our insurance producer services, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), its implementing FTC Privacy Rule, and applicable state insurance information privacy laws modeled on the NAIC Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Model Act.
We may collect: (a) information you provide directly, such as name, date of birth, address, phone, email, and coverage details submitted through quote, newsletter, or contact forms; (b) information from third parties, including carriers, credit bureaus (for underwriting purposes, where permitted), and motor vehicle records; and (c) automatically collected information such as IP address and browsing behavior via cookies.
We use your information to generate quotes, place and service policies, communicate with you, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and, where you've opted in, to send newsletters and marketing communications. We do not use children's data or date-of-birth information collected via our newsletter for advertising or profiling purposes.
As a licensed insurance producer, Best Insured Benefits provides an annual privacy notice describing our information-sharing practices as required by GLBA and state insurance regulations. You have the right to opt out of certain disclosures of your NPI to nonaffiliated third parties, except where sharing is necessary to service your policy, process claims, or comply with law.
Where we assist with health insurance products, certain health information you provide may constitute protected health information. We handle such information consistent with applicable requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and only share it as necessary to obtain quotes or service your policy, or as authorized by you.
We share your information with insurance carriers, underwriters, and service providers solely to obtain quotes, place coverage, and administer your policy. We require these parties to safeguard your information consistent with applicable law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing, subject to exemptions for information governed by GLBA and the California Financial Information Privacy Act. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) may have similar rights, subject to applicable exemptions for licensed financial institutions.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule applicable to financial institutions, including licensed insurance producers.
We retain personal and policy-related information for as long as reasonably necessary to service your policy and to comply with state insurance recordkeeping requirements, which commonly range from three to seven years after policy termination, depending on the state and line of business.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not affect servicing communications related to an active policy or quote request.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
To exercise privacy rights or ask questions, contact info@bestinsuredbenefits.info or +1 334-874-9608.
Best Insured Benefits is compensated primarily through commissions paid by the insurance carriers whose policies we place, and in some cases through carrier or override bonuses. This compensation does not increase the premium you pay. As an independent agency we are appointed with multiple carriers; the specific carriers available to you may be limited by your state of residence and the line of coverage requested. Additional detail is available upon request as required by applicable state producer compensation disclosure laws.
